The SRA publishes a “competence statement” to help solicitors to assess continuing professional development needs.
To help you record your learning and development in relation to the SRA Competence Statement these tables
set out which competencies are addressed in our various courses.
I.e. AML, Accounts Rules, Bribery, Code of Conduct, Conflicts, Data Protection & Information Security, Equality and Diversity & Unconscious Bias, Facilitating Tax Evasion
Note: the Health and Safety course is not relevant to continuing competence as a solicitor unless the subject matter is specifically relevant to your practice area.

|The courses on Contract, Corporate and Commercial Property take 2 hours.
Those on Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Acquisitions, Employment, Finance and Corporate Insolvency take 1.5 hours.
